Job description
JobRx, Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to round daily on Med Surg patients, review therapies, and provide drug information to the health care team. You will transcribe orders, monitor for interactions, and participate in antimicrobial stewardship and palliative care collaborations.
