Job description
Ardent Health Services in Topeka, KS is seeking a day shift, full-time Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to provide safe and effective medication therapy and patient-centered care in a decentralized hospital setting. Requirements include a Pharm D or B.S.
with ACPE accreditation, hospital clinical pharmacy experience, residency or PGY fellowship or 3+ years' experience, BPS certification (or within 1 year), active license, and certifications.
