Job description
Clearway Health in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to optimize outcomes for patients on chronic and specialty therapies. You will review medications, counsel patients and collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and payors to initiate and maintain therapy.
This role requires a PharmD or bachelor's in pharmacy, a PGY-1 residency or 3+ years direct patient care, and active licensure. You will support prior authorizations, document interventions, and help meet URAC/ACHC standards
