Clinical Pharmacist - Sterile Compounding

We are currently searching for our newest Clinical Pharmacist - Sterile Compounding who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.
Clinical Pharmacist position details:
Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
Location: Tampa, FL
Status: Full time, exempt
Shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
Weekend Work: every 3rd
On Call: No
Clinical Pharmacist Clinical Responsibilities:
The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Certifications and Licensure:
Required: Pharmacist – State of FL
Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: PharmD
Preferred: USP 797/800 experience, BCSCP
