Job description
This opportunity is seeking seven skilled compounding pharmacists to support a growing pharmacy operation at its secondary location. This contract-to-hire position offers a chance to showcase expertise in sterile compounding within a collaborative and fast-paced environment in Sugar Land, Texas.
Schedule & Hours:
Monday to Friday
6:00am - 2:00pm (1st shift)
Location: Sugar Land, TX, with assignment based in Stafford, Texas
Key Responsibilities: Prepare customized medications following prescriptions and compounding standards, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
Maintain detailed records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory for compliance and quality assurance
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and fellow team members to foster seamless service delivery
Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to meet timely dispensing and operational goals
Stay informed on emerging pharmaceutical trends and advanced compounding techniques to enhance service quality
Qualifications: Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sterile compounding with demonstrated competency
Proficient with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is preferred
