Job description
UW Medicine Montlake Pharmacy Department seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for Surgical Intensive Care and General Surgery to join the inpatient team. The role focuses on optimizing pharmacotherapy for surgical patients and participating in protocol development and education of staff.
Applicants should have an advanced degree, residency, or two years of hospital pharmacy experience; PGY-2 critical care training is preferred. Licensure in Washington is required.
