Job description
Carle Health is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide clinically-focused pharmaceutical services, compounding and dispensing medications, and supporting patient care through drug monitoring and dosing accuracy.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and active licensure with IDFPR. Responsibilities include ensuring medication safety, handling chemotherapy agents, IV admixtures, and maintaining accurate computer records, while collaborating with clinicians.
