Job description

ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with day/evening shifts, weekends/holiday rotations, and serves as a clinical resource for an assigned teaching service.

You will participate in rounds, manage therapies per policies, monitor outcomes, order labs, counsel patients, and precept students/residents. Delaware licensure required; board certification preferred.
