Job description
Carle Health is seeking a pharmacist to ensure accurate compounding and dispensing across the Medical Center, including therapeutic drug monitoring and patient dosing. You will verify orders, manage IV admixtures, and maintain medication safety in a high-stakes hospital environment.
The role requires licensure with the IDFPR and a PharmD-level education, with experience in chemotherapy agents, narcotics control, and hospital systems such as HBOC and Omnicell.
