Job description
Carle Health is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical services across the Medical Center, including compounding, dispensing, therapeutic drug monitoring, and dosing validation. You will verify orders, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care.
The role requires a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy and active licensure; experience with chemotherapy, IV admixture, and medication safety is valued.
