A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Tulare, CA, focusing on inpatient care within a hospital setting. This contract position offers an immediate start and a duration of approximately 13 weeks, with variable day and afternoon shifts. Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations
Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications: Valid California Pharmacist License required
Previous inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to commit to full-time availability during the contract period
Strong communication and organizational skills essential
