Job description
Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Pharmacology Lead to support the End-to-End Internal Medicine portfolio. You will provide clinical pharmacology and MIDD expertise to project teams and regulatory interactions, shaping plans and dose regimens.
Working with multifunctional teams across time zones, you will design PK/PD analyses, oversee development plans, and contribute to regulatory documentation.
