Job description
Clinical Pharmacy Manager – Solid Organ Transplant Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Pharmacy Manager – Solid Organ Transplant to lead and advance ambulatory clinical pharmacy services across our solid organ transplant programs.
This role combines clinical expertise, program development, direct patient care, education, and research to optimize medication management and improve outcomes for transplant patients. The successful candidate will partner with transplant physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams to advance evidence-based practice, strengthen medication safety, and support high-quality care throughout the transplant journey.

Qualifications:
PharmD and active New York State pharmacist license
PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant residency, or PGY1 plus 3+ years of relevant transplant experience

Location: Bronx, NY
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Annual Base Salary range: $152,000.00-$190,000.00
