Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager
CLIN RX OPS MGR
Full-Time
Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required
Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience, with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change.
