Job description
The Veterans Health Administration seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Pharmacist) to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care within the VA system. This role operates with independence under the CPS scope, coordinating medication therapy and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
