Job description
Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy services, and to educate professional staff. An integral team member, you will participate in patient care discussions and ensure proper application of clinical initiatives.
