Job description
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to work at the highest level of clinical practice, independently managing medication therapy and providing MTM services. The CPS serves on the patient care team and acts as a consultant for intensive MTM, with duties including designing and monitoring therapeutic plans.
The role requires a Pharm.D. or ACPE-accredited degree, full licensure, and English proficiency, with duties conducted in a clinical setting in Alaska.
