Job description
University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide expert pharmacy services within our clinical team. You will round with physicians, monitor therapies, and contribute to evidence-based medication management in line with guidelines.
In this role, you will precept pharmacy residents and students, participate in policy development and system-wide committees, and educate staff while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
