Job description
Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV seeks a pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care across patient care, education, and administration. The role includes direct patient care, leadership in pharmacy services, and collaboration with clinical teams to optimize medication use.
The position requires active pharmacist licenses in WV/PA/MD/OH, and BLS certification within 60 days of hire. Residency with BC or Pharm.D from ACPE-accredited school is preferred.
