Job description
University Hospitals Pain Management seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, drug information, and pharmacotherapy monitoring. You will educate staff, participate in local and system committees, and act as a preceptor for residents and students.
Responsibilities include adverse drug reaction reporting, formulary maintenance, and contributing to policy development while ensuring PHI compliance and patient-centered care.
