Job description
The Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMC) seeks a Pharmacist to provide patient-focused pharmacy services and collaborate with the patient care team to optimize medication use in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include advising prescribers and staff, reducing costs, developing education programs, participating in rounds and research, and mentoring students. Licensure in NY and completion of ASHP-accredited residency preferred; one year clinical experience required.
