Job description
University Hospitals in Geauga County is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Primary Care to join our hospital team. You will round with physicians and health care providers to drive evidence-based medication therapy management and participate in policy development and local/system committees.
The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy with ASHP residency training (or equivalent), is licensed in Ohio, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
