UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication management, education, and research support within our hospital system.
The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy and completion of an ASHP-accredited residency, plus board certification when available; candidates should have extensive experience in specialty practice and a track record of improving patient outcomes.
