Job description
Recover-Care seeks a Physical Therapist to develop individualized therapy programs, assess patients, and plan and implement treatment to maximize functional goals. You will educate patients and coordinate with other health professionals to support progress.
You will deliver care in SNF settings, document evaluations and progress, and stay current with professional standards and quality improvement activities. A state license is required and travel may be needed.
