Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in SNF settings, evaluating and treating patients according to individualized plans of care, and collaborating with facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.
The role includes supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluating patient progress, adjusting goals, and documenting evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes to support patient recovery.
