Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, while communicating progress and outcomes to patients and families.
You will collaborate with facility staff and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring timely documentation and measurable goals are achieved for patient care.
