Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in SNF settings. As part of Enhance Rehabilitation, you will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, delivering high-quality care and collaborating with facility staff.
You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, document evaluations and progress notes, and communicate with patients and families about progress and outcomes.
