Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate progress, and document evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes while collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent patient care.
