Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapist candidates to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, collaborating with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.
The role involves evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, setting measurable functional goals, and educating patients on progress and outcomes. Supervising PTAs and timely documentation are also required.
