BCBA Clinical Program ManagerDV Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Program Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. In this leadership role, you'll oversee ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure effective, compassionate care. If you're a proactive leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for improving lives—we'd love to hear from you!Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 per hourJob Type: Full Time & Part TimeMinimum Years of Experience: 1 yearMinimum Level of Education: MasterResponsibilities:Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plansSupervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and supportConduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategiesCollaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniquesMonitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timelinessSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staffParticipate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional developmentAssist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processesUphold DV Therapy's Core Values: Respect, Drive, Flexibility, Proficiency, Empathy, Communication, TenacityQualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBCBA certification in good standing with the BACBMinimum 2 years of experience in ABA servicesProven leadership and team management skillsStrong communication, organization, and analytical abilitiesBilingual in Spanish is a plus
