Job description
The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical Center seeks a Clinical Quality Nurse to lead CQI initiatives and drive patient safety improvements on UT Main Campus. The role partners with clinical teams to analyze performance data, develop action plans, and sustain regulatory readiness.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Clinical Quality, you will use data analysis, Lean/PDSA methods, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to elevate care quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
