Inizio Engage seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to lead a field-based ODCE team across multiple cities. You will manage operations, coaching, KPI delivery, and client reporting while ensuring compliance and program requirements are met.
The role requires an active RN license, 2–3 years of field leadership, strong communication skills, and travel up to 75%. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
