Job description
ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Dietitian I to provide evidence-based nutrition care for diverse patient populations across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Responsibilities include nutrition assessment, care planning, counseling, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize clinical outcomes. The Dietitian will interpret labs, develop individualized meal plans, support chronic disease management, document in the EMR, and participate in quality and community health initiatives.
