Job description
ChristianaCare seeks a Registered Dietitian II to join our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will provide medical nutrition therapy to diverse patient populations, conduct nutrition assessments, develop and monitor care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff. You will educate patients and families on diet and lifestyle interventions, document care in the EMR, and support quality and performance-improvement initiatives.
