Clinical Rehab Specialist
Join our dynamic team at Zenith Healthcare in Saugus, Massachusetts, as a Clinical Rehab Specialist and make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing rehabilitation services to help individuals recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
Shift Details:
Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and establish goals
Provide therapy services, including but not limited to occupational, physical, and speech therapy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Develop and maintain patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
Experience as a Rehabilitation or Physical Therapist or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
$58 - $60 HOURLY
