Job description
Harris Hill Center, a Genesis HealthCare facility in Concord, NH, seeks a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, RN to lead and coordinate the MDS and reimbursement process. This role ensures accurate resident assessment, compliant documentation, and optimized reimbursement for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents. The coordinator partners closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams, provides staff education on coding and documentation standards, supports audits and quality initiatives, and contributes to resident-centered, outcome-driven care within a collaborative, mission-focused culture.
