Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Resource Management Nurse to optimize patient care, length of stay, and resource utilization across our Connecticut hospitals. In this role, you will perform clinical assessments, coordinate interdisciplinary care, support safe and timely discharges, and ensure appropriate level-of-care and utilization review in line with payer and regulatory requirements.
