Job description
Falmouth Hospital Association is seeking a Manager of the Clinical Resource department to oversee case management and social work staff, ensure efficient discharge planning, and lead education programs for CM/SW teams.
You will develop ongoing staff education, monitor program compliance, and drive continuous improvement across collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff within the department.
