Job description
Noble Care Center in California seeks an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse, an RN licensed in CA, to partner with clinical leaders across our skilled nursing facilities. The role requires at least five years as a Director of Nursing in long-term care and willingness to travel frequently.
You will coach Directors of Nursing toward clinical, cultural, and financial excellence, guide teams to meet regulatory requirements, refine processes, and ensure high-quality resident care.
