Job description
Med Center Health seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse to lead performance improvement and quality reviews at our rural Kentucky facility. You will review patient data to assess admission appropriateness and medical necessity, help determine DRG/LOS, and facilitate continuing care planning with the Director of Patient Care Services.
Responsibilities include producing monthly performance reports, leading PI meetings, and educating staff on documentation requirements.
