Job description
Centra Health is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) II to manage individualized patient care, promoting and restoring health in line with medical and nursing plans of care and Centra policies. The RN II collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team in developing and evaluating the plan of care.
The RN II maintains a full patient assignment, plans and intervenes, and delivers high-quality nursing care to patients and families in accordance with Virginia Board of Nursing scope.
