Job description
Centra Health in Virginia is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) II for the 33-bed General Medical Surgical Unit (D37). The RN II will manage individualized patient care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe care in accordance with policies and nursing plans.
This role emphasizes assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education; requires 1 year of nursing experience, Virginia RN licensure, and BLS.
