Job description
Centra Health in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse II to manage individualized patient care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and provide nursing services per Virginia Board of Nursing scope.
The RN II will maintain a safe care environment, participate in planning and evaluating care, document findings, and function within a full patient assignment. Requires Virginia RN license and 1 year RN experience; BLS.
