Job description
Centra Health is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse II to manage individualized patient care within policies and procedures in Virginia. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, assuming a full patient assignment to plan, analyze, intervene and set care goals for patients and families.
