Job description
Stanton Optical in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure high quality patient care within HIPAA-compliant processes. You will act as Manager on Duty to support clinical and operational goals and coach the Doctor Technicians.
Responsibilities include guiding pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care, and training staff to meet PEG clinical standards while maintaining patient records and store brand standards.
