Job description
Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical team on-site in Hobbs, NM. You will supervise staff, support the Brand Manager, and ensure patients receive high-quality care by following clinical processes.
You will train Doctor Technicians, manage diagnostic testing protocols, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and drive patient satisfaction while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
