Job description
Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager at an on-site store location. You will supervise the clinical team, coach Doctor Technicians, and act as Manager on Duty to meet clinical and sales goals while upholding HIPAA compliance.
You will train staff on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, refractions, contact lens care, and PEG clinical standards; ensure accurate patient records; and maintain store brand standards and customer service excellence.
