Job description
Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and coach the store team in delivering exceptional patient care at our on-site Wisconsin location. You will supervise clinical activities, ensure adherence to operational processes, and act as Manager on Duty to meet daily goals.
The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring colleagues while maintaining accurate records and HIPAA compliance.
