Job description
CHI Franciscan Health at Home in Bremerton is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to oversee coordination, continuity, and quality of clinical care in line with a physician-approved plan. You will lead documentation for regulatory and financial compliance and serve as a resource for internal and external customers.
The role requires RN license (BSN preferred), CPR/BLS, and 2+ years in home care or hospice with strong leadership and communication skills.
