Job description
Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager in Vista, CA to supervise the store team and support clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department. You will act as Manager on Duty to drive store performance and ensure quality patient care while following HIPAA and company standards.
You will coach Doctor Technicians, oversee diagnostic procedures, and train cross-trained staff on PEG clinical standards, patient records, and inventory management to maintain service excellence.
